Fact: 1 in 4 restaurants don't make it our of their first year and 1 in 5 don't make it out of their second year.

They also say a restaurant takes a few years to hit their stride.

Well on Tuesday February 8th, we'll be turning three.

While there is still much work to be done, we very much have enjoyed the last few years and appreciate all your support.
